* Ingredients *Avena sativa (oatmeal), *lavendula angustifolia (lavender), *melissa officinalis (lemon balm), *viola tricolor (heartsease), *Certified organic herbs 3 x 10g biodegradable bath bags.
* Directions Steep the bath bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath for ten minutes. (If a stronger infusion is preferred, put bag in a teapot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes and add all to bath water.) For external use only.
